Y3150E and Y3180E are classic ordinary non-CNC gear hobbing machines, widely used in small and medium gear processing factories. Y3150E max workpiece diameter 500mm, max module 8; Y3180E without small pillar can process workpiece up to 800mm diameter, max module 10.

Adopting all cast iron bed to reduce cutting vibration, the machine supports both axial and radial feeding. Equipped with 12-stage axial feeding range 0.4-4mm/r, Morse 5 spindle taper, complete mechanical manual adjustment system without expensive CNC system. Cost-effective for reducer, agricultural machinery and small auto gear mass production. All machines pass factory precision inspection with complete English maintenance manual.
