Built with integral thick cast iron bed and reinforced spindle base, the whole machine features outstanding structural rigidity to eliminate vibration during high-pressure spinning forming. The humanized CNC touch screen supports custom program editing, parameter storage and one-click batch operation, effectively avoiding unstable size caused by manual operation. Matched with intelligent heating linkage and overload protection system, it effectively prevents workpiece wrinkling, cracking and uneven wall thickness, greatly improving product yield and long-term stable production capacity.
