CNC Programmable Metal Spinning Machine

The 800-Ⅲ three-axis high-strength CNC rotary press adopts a 180-degree double-wheel rotary layout, a floor-mounted integral bed, an integral bed headbox and an integral hydraulic tailstock. The scraping is equipped to ensure rigid contact, smoothness and no vibration. The central Z-axis lead screw ensures smooth and balanced transmission of the large table, providing the best transmission environment. The linear guide pair transmission has no gap and a low friction coefficient. It is agile and flexible, suitable for high-speed movement. The main shaft adopts a horizontal boring main shaft structure unit to ensure the durability and stability of heavy-load work. The imported guide rails and lead screws are wear-resistant and anti-vibration, which is more than five times the lifespan of traditional machine tool guide rails.
