SK490/640 CNC Gas Cylinder Necking Spinning Machine is a dedicated hot spinning equipment independently developed for seamless high-pressure gas cylinder neck forming. It adopts heavy-duty integral cast bed, dual/triple spinning wheel balanced structure and full CNC servo control system, specially designed for necking, shoulder forming and uniform wall thickness strengthening of steel & aluminum alloy gas cylinders such as hydrogen storage bottles, CNG cylinders, oxygen cylinders, LPG tanks and industrial pressure vessels.

Eliminating welding seams at bottle mouth via one-time hot spinning forming, this machine greatly improves cylinder air tightness, burst pressure and structural fatigue resistance. It supports batch mass production and small-batch customized trial production, widely adopted by gas cylinder manufacturers worldwide.

Horizontal heavy cast bed + symmetric multi-spindle spinning wheel layout, balanced radial force during hot forming, effectively reduce vibration. X/Z axis high-thrust servo hydraulic drive, positioning accuracy ≤0.04mm, repeat accuracy ≤0.02mm, stable neck contour & consistent wall thickness control.
Intelligent CNC Control System
Optional Siemens / domestic industrial CNC system with touch operation, support G-code programming, graphic import and teach mode. Built-in dedicated cylinder necking program library; one-click parameter switching for different neck taper, arc and shoulder shapes, low operation threshold for workers.
Precision Hot Spinning Heating System
Configurable medium-frequency induction heating or flame heating module with real-time temperature monitoring, auto adjust heating power to maintain stable forming temperature (350–450℃). Avoid over-burning or cracking of aluminum / steel tube blanks, one-time forming success rate over 95%.
