X6140 universal milling machine heavy duty

1.High-power spindle system: Equipped with an 11 kW main motor, an ISO 50 taper spindle, and 18-speed gear ratios ranging from 30 to 1500 rpm; low-speed, high-torque operation is suitable for heavy-duty cutting, whilst high-speed operation is ideal for finishing.

2.Rigid bed structure: A monobloc cast iron bed, optimised through finite element analysis, significantly reduces cutting vibrations, ensuring long-term machining accuracy and machine tool longevity.

3.Large-Travel Worktable: 1700 × 400 mm worktable with longitudinal travel of 900/880 mm, transverse travel of 315/300 mm, and vertical travel of 350/330 mm. With a maximum load capacity of 800 kg, it is suitable for large workpieces.

4.Rapid Feed System: Rapid traverse speeds of 2300 mm/min on the X/Y axes and 770 mm/min on the Z axis, significantly reducing set-up times and improving production efficiency.

5.Safety and protection: Equipped with an emergency stop button and overload protection switch; a semi-enclosed protective cover is available as an option, complying with CE safety standards.

1. Can the X6140 machine stainless steel?

Yes. The 11 kW spindle and low-speed, high-torque design are suitable for difficult-to-machine materials such as stainless steel.

we recommend using carbide cutting tools.

2.Is a digital readout (DRO) included?

A DRO is not included as standard but is available as an option. We recommend contacting our sales team to discuss customisation.

3.Can an indexing head be fitted to the worktable?

Yes. With T-slot spacing of 90 mm, it is compatible with a variety of indexing heads and rotary tables.

4.What are the voltage requirements?

The standard specification is 380V/50Hz, but 220V/60Hz or other voltages can be customised.

5.What is the warranty period?

 The machine comes with a 12-month warranty, whilst the spindle and gearbox are covered for 18 months.
