1.High-power vertical milling head: 11 kW spindle motor, ISO 50 taper, 18-speed gearbox with a speed range of 30–1,500 rpm, offering outstanding heavy-duty cutting capabilities.

2.±45° swivel milling head: The vertical milling head can swivel 45° to the left and right, enabling the machining of inclined surfaces and grooves without tilting the workpiece.

3.Rapid feed system: X-axis 2300 mm/min, Y-axis 1540 mm/min, Z-axis 770 mm/min, significantly enhancing efficiency.

It can mill hardened steel up to HRC 45; we recommend using CBN cutting tools.

2.Does it have automatic feed?

All three axes feature automatic feed and rapid traverse, with a feed rate range of 23.5–1180 mm/min.

Yes, we offer the XK5040 CNC version or provide retrofit kits.
