Efficient Vertical Milling Machine with Cyclic Lubrication

1.Gear-driven spindle: Compared to belt drives, gear drives suffer from lower torque loss and offer superior heavy-duty cutting capabilities, making them suitable for stainless steel and tool steel.

2.Circulating forced lubrication: The milling head features forced oil injection lubrication, ensuring all gears and bearings are fully lubricated and extending service life by 30%.

3.±30° swivelling vertical milling head: Capable of machining inclined surfaces and grooves; when combined with an indexing head, it can mill helical surfaces.

4.Single servo motor controlling three axes: utilises a single servo motor with an electromagnetic clutch to achieve automatic feed in three directions, offering energy efficiency and high reliability.
