1. What is the maximum depth of moulds that the X5032H can machine?

The maximum theoretical depth is 440 mm; however, we recommend a depth of 400 mm or less
to ensure reasonable tool overhang.

 

2.How is the rigidity of the milling head after heightening?

The structure of the milling head itself remains unchanged, whilst the column has been reinforced;
the overall loss in rigidity is less than 3%.

 

3.Is it suitable for use with long tool holders?

Yes, the spindle bore is ISO 50, allowing for the clamping of large-diameter, long tool holders.

 

4.Can it machine angled holes?

The milling head can rotate left and right by ±45°, so there is no need to tilt the workpiece when machining angled holes.

 

5.What is the lead time?

Standard configurations are in stock; custom configurations take 20–25 days.
