Delivering ultra-large spinning extrusion force, this machine easily handles thick carbon steel, alloy steel and high-strength metal blanks that ordinary necking machines cannot deform smoothly. It supports multi-pass progressive necking, pipe end closing and curved profile spinning, perfectly matching mass production of gas cylinders, fire extinguisher tanks, hydraulic cylinder barrels and heavy pipeline fittings.

Metal spinning machine

This high-power spinning unit adopts a fully closed heavy-duty welded frame with secondary stress relief treatment to eliminate structural fatigue under long-time high-pressure forming.

It is equipped with real-time pressure and temperature sensing modules linked to the CNC system,

which automatically adjusts spinning wheel feed speed and extrusion force to avoid blank cracking, wrinkling and uneven wall thickness.

The independent programmable heating station can be matched according to material characteristics, realizing integrated hot spinning forming.

With programmable one-click full-process operation and automatic clamping & discharging expansion options, it greatly cuts manual intervention and stabilizes finished product yield for continuous round-the-clock workshop production.
