This stainless steel venturi metal spinning machine is specially customized for mass production of HVAC venturi valve tubes and air dampers. As a multi-function CNC spinning lathe, it integrates necking, flanging, curved surface forming and seamless deep drawing in one process to fabricate integrated hourglass-shaped venturi housings from 304/316 stainless steel sheets.

Equipped with dual servo hydraulic roller system and Siemens PLC touch screen control, the machine realizes one-time integral forming without welding seams. The finished venturi tube features ultra-smooth inner wall, low air resistance and excellent air tightness, perfectly meeting the high-standard ventilation requirements of laboratories, pharmaceutical cleanrooms and hospital operating rooms.

Adopting heavy stress-relieved cast iron frame, the equipment maintains stable precision during long batch production of HVAC air damper components. It is the dedicated forming equipment for ventilation manufacturers to produce pressure-independent venturi valves, effectively cutting secondary processing costs and improving product corrosion resistance.
