High Speed And Large Torque KST-110 Horizontal Boring And Milling Machine

The in-house built heavy-duty worktable (1000×1200 mm) bears a max load of 4000 kg and comes with 22 mm-wide T-slots for reliable workpiece clamping.

It delivers high-precision positioning plus 360° full rotation with a minimum indexing step of 0.001°.

Imported circular grating closed-loop control guarantees superior indexing precision and coaxiality during reverse boring.

Fitted with linear rolling guideways for 1600 mm X-axis stroke and stainless steel guards, it is dustproof, waterproof and position-accurate with smooth movement.

Highly automated, it enables auto rotary positioning and multi-axis linkage to finish multi-operation machining in a single workpiece clamping.

Optimized for heavy cutting with matched working speeds, it supports four-side machining and reverse boring for extensive process adaptability.
