1.High precision adjustable radial clearance double row short cylindrical roller bearing is used for the spindle of the worktable, and the constant current hydrostatic guide rail is used for the worktable, which makes the worktable have the characteristics of high rotation accuracy, large bearing capacity and small thermal deformation.
2.According to the needs of users, the machine tool can be equipped with constant temperature cooling device and independent hydraulic station system, which can ensure the machining accuracy and the stability of various technical indexes.

3.The guide rail surfaces of column, beam and ram are quenched, ground and manually grinded, with good contact surface and high precision.

4.Servo motor and ball screw are used to drive the machine tool, and the beam is equipped with a closed shield, which increases the safety and amenity of the machine tool.

5.The CNC system can be imported or domestic configuration according to the needs of users.

6.Optional configuration: electric tool table, semi enclosed cover, cooling chip removal device and two-speed stepless speed regulation.
