CK6150B/6160 Flat Bed CNC Lathe with 400 mm guide rail

Both models are economy-class CNC lathes with flat beds. The bed is made of HT250 gray cast iron and undergoes comprehensive quality inspections before leaving the factory, including metallographic and hardness testing of the castings, precision calibration of the saddle and leadscrews, accuracy compensation using a laser interferometer, spindle dynamic balancing, and a test-cutting inspection of the entire machine. Comes standard with the Guangshu GSK980TDi system; optional KND, Siemens, or Fanuc systems are available; Comes standard with a vertical 4-station electric tool turret, upgradeable to a 6- or 8-station turret; spindle head A2-8, standard spindle bore Φ82, optional Φ105; comes standard with a manual three-jaw chuck and manual tailstock, upgradeable to hydraulic or pneumatic chucks and tailstocks; equipped with an automatic lubrication and cooling system, suitable for turning shaft-type and disc-type parts.

1.Adopt HT250 high‑grade cast iron bed. The casting passes metallographic analysis and hardness test. Wide rectangular guideway improves overall rigidity and anti‑vibration performance for stable long‑time cutting.

2.Each machine undergoes full‑range inspection: ball screw & slide plate accuracy check, laser interferometer position compensation, spindle dynamic balance test, and standard workpiece trial cutting before delivery to guarantee machining precision.

3.A2‑8 spindle head with standard Φ82 bore (optional Φ105). Three‑gear frequency conversion provides sufficient torque for rough turning and high‑speed finishing. NSK grade‑P5 spindle bearings ensure low thermal deformation and long service life.

4.Standard vertical 4‑station electric tool post with 25×25 mm tool shank. Optional 6/8‑station electric or hydraulic turret, shorten tool‑change time and improve production efficiency.
