QK1313 QK1319 Pipe Thread CNC Lathe

QK1313 and QK1319 heavy-duty CNC pipe thread lathes are specially engineered for oil country tubing, casing, drill pipe and pipeline joint threading. Built on a heavy cast iron flat bed, they feature large spindle bore, strong spindle torque and stable threading performance. This series can cut internal & external inch, metric and API taper threads widely used in petroleum, mining and gas pipeline industries. It supports continuous mass production of oil pipes with reliable repeat accuracy and long service life.

1.Can a normal CNC lathe cut pipe threads?

It can make short thread samples, but most standard lathes have small spindle bore. Long pipe cannot pass through, and rigidity is insufficient for heavy pipe threading.

2.What is the difference between QK1313 and QK1319 pipe thread lathe?

Main difference is spindle bore size, max pipe capacity and machine weight. QK1319 is heavier for larger diameter casing
