The inclined layout allows metal chips to slide down naturally by gravity, preventing chips from accumulating on linear guideways and protecting guide components for long-term precision retention.
2. High-performance Spindle Unit
Equipped with A2-6 spindle nose and 65mm spindle bore, maximum through bar diameter reaches 50mm. Spindle speed ranges from 50–4500 rpm, matched with high-torque spindle servo motor. Stable rotation ensures consistent surface finish for steel, stainless steel, aluminum and cast iron workpieces.
3. High-speed X/Z Servo Feed System
X-axis travel: 200mm; Z-axis travel: 550mm. Rapid traverse speed up to 30 m/min. High-precision ball screws and linear guideways guarantee repositioning accuracy within 0.003 mm, meeting strict tolerance requirements for precision components.
4. Hydraulic Servo Turret
Standard equipped with multi-station hydraulic turret, enabling fast tool change. Users can select standard static tool turret or upgraded live power turret (C-axis option) to realize combined turning, drilling, tapping and milling in one clamping.
5. Full Enclosed Protective Housing
Complete splash-proof safety cover reduces coolant splashing, improves workshop environment and meets CE safety requirements for European, Middle Eastern and African markets.

A: Swing over bed is Ø500 mm; actual maximum machining diameter depends on the tool turret interference. The reliable turning diameter is within Ø400 mm for stable production.
