XA7150 Bed-Type milling machine

XA7150 heavy-duty bed vertical milling machine is built with rigid Meehanite cast iron body.

Equipped with ISO50 gear spindle (12 speeds 66–1440rpm) and ±30° swivel head, fitted with 2000×400mm heavy load worktable.

It realizes plane milling, slotting, boring and mold processing efficiently.

Optional 3-axis DRO improves machining accuracy.

Widely applied in mold, automobile and general machinery factories, perfect for heavy rough cutting and precision finishing.

The base, column, spindle head and worktable are all made of high-strength Meehanite cast iron and treated with stress relief annealing, which can effectively absorb cutting vibration and maintain long-term machining precision. Y/Z axis wide rectangular guide rails greatly enhance overall rigidity for large stock removal.
Quenched precision grinding guide rails

All sliding surfaces of worktable guide rails adopt high-frequency quenching and precision grinding technology, featuring high hardness, strong wear resistance and low friction, extending service life and guaranteeing smooth feeding.
Large heavy-load worktable

Table size: 2000×400mm, maximum bearing load reaches 2000kg. X-axis travel:1500mm, Y-axis travel:500mm, Z-axis spindle head travel:100–650mm. Equipped with 3 T-slots (18mm width, 100mm spacing), convenient for installing vise and custom fixtures.
Stable power configuration

7.5kW high-power main spindle motor supports continuous heavy cutting. Matched with 2.8kW feed motor and 90W cooling pump, power output is stable with low failure rate.
