Heavy Cast Iron Frame FB1605 FB2008 CNC Flanging Machine

Equipped with mature Siemens CNC control system and three-axis servo linkage drive,

this two-model series allows flexible adjustment of flanging angles from 0 to 90 degrees,

producing smooth, uniform flanges without wrinkles or deformation.

FB1605 fits duct diameters up to 1600mm while FB2008 extends the maximum processing diameter to 2000mm, covering small and large ventilation cylinder production demands.

The built-in hydraulic punching unit completes bolt hole drilling in one clamping, eliminating secondary handling and cutting production cycle time.

With heavy cast iron frame and full overload protection, the machines run stably for long-shift mass production of stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminum air ducts,

widely adopted by ventilation equipment, axial fan and industrial pipeline manufacturers.
