The CKY61100-6000 CNC slant bed lathe features long Z travel up to 6000mm, designed for long shaft workpieces, rollers, screw rods and energy industry parts. The CKY61160-3000 heavy duty CNC lathe delivers larger swing diameter, ideal for big flanges, hydraulic parts, mining equipment components and mold turning jobs.
Different from light-duty CNC lathes, this series adopts one-piece high-strength cast iron bed with stress relief annealing treatment, reducing vibration during heavy load cutting. The slant bed layout optimizes chip removal, protects guideways and helps operators load and unload large workpieces more conveniently.
Customers can select CNC control systems including FANUC, SIEMENS, GSK, SYNTEC and KND. Hydraulic chuck, servo turret, tailstock, coolant system and other accessories are optional according to your turning process. Custom voltage, spindle bore and tooling configuration are supported.
